Mr. Eric K.M. Ong has more than 20 years of regional experience in the furniture industry and has esablished himself into Vietnam since 1992. Under his leadership, ROSSANO has evolved from small beginnings to be a multi-award winning brand in Vietnam, winning notably the prestigious Golden Dragon award for consecutive years, an award granted by the Ministry of Industry Vietnam, Ministry of Construction Vietnam and Saigon Marketing Magazines. Mr. Eric K.M. Ong was also bestowed with a commendation from the Ho Chi Minh Export Processing and Industrial Zone Authority in 2004 for his contribution to the economic development of Ho Chi Minh City. Other than Vietnam, Mr. Eric K.M. Ong was also featured in regional publications like Furniture & Furnishing Export International, a renowed magazine that has wide readership throughout Asia Pacific and Europe.
In line with new business strategies, ROSSANO manages and expands by implementating the ERP system into its daily business functions. From the placement of orders, production planning, work in progress to the completion of production; every single process in ROSSANO Joint Stock Co is monitored closely and effectively using the ERP system.
